On-Site Laboratory
We have the capability to do certain testing onsite, these services may depend on patients' care plan and clinic's availability.
Please see below for types of services offered onsite:
- Blood Draws: Blood count test, Cholesterol & Diabetes test (FLP, CMP, A1c, etc.), Drug Screening, & STD testing
- EKG tests can be done onsite as well if needed
- Urinalysis: Diabetes, Drug Screening, Kidney & Liver
function/issues, and some infections
- Vaccines: flu shots
- Very minor surgical procedures (call for more information)
Physicals
This service includes the following:
- Annual Physicals (CPE)
- Pre-Employment Physicals
- School & Sports Physical
Injury Claims
This service includes the following:
- Motor Vehicle Accident Claims (MVAs)
- Personal Injury Claims
- Worker Comps Claims

Golden Dawn Clinic would love to serve you as your Primary Care Provider (PCP), but as you can see, we offer a wide range of services to our patients & are always accepting new patients.
If you need to see our doctor urgently, we will make it work & walk-ins are always welcomed.
The following are additional services we can provide here at GDC:
- Pain Management / Chronic disease can also be treated here.
- Discounts for uninsured patients: $75 out of pocket (doesn't include chronic pain visits, please call for this)
